Your injection plant could be losing 450 hours a year — quietly.
Thoda MES tracks production, downtime, scrap and true OEE for plastic injection plants. Born inside a real factory and used on its floor every shift. Your team logs an entry in seconds — the system shows you where the hours go.

Top loss yesterday: mold change — 96 min
Built by Aslan — 12 years inside manufacturing plants, running a 53-person injection facility today. Thoda MES runs his plant every shift. Outside customers so far: zero. You'd be the first — and treated like it.
Paper lies. Excel forgets. Your OEE shouldn't.
Shift reports on paper, downtime in someone's head, scrap in a spreadsheet that doesn't match the warehouse. Thoda puts the whole floor in one system — without the ERP cage.
One floor, one record
- Production, downtime, scrap — logged in seconds
- No sensors or wiring needed — your team enters it, Thoda does the math
OEE you can trust
- ISO 22400 availability · performance · quality
- Per machine, per product, per shift
Yours, not rented
- Runs on your network — internet not required day to day
- Reading stays open + daily local backups
A full MES — not an OEE toy
Eleven modules cover the floor from inbound planning to shipping. The interface runs in Turkish today — English and Spanish are being prepared, and your pilot includes the translation.
Eleven modules, one floor
All of it lives in your plant, on your machines — and grows with the pilot.
The hours you don't log are the hours you lose
A mold change that "took a while". A machine idling between orders. Scrap nobody weighed. None of it shows up on paper — all of it shows up in your year.
The math nobody runs
Just 30 unlogged minutes per shift, three shifts a day, 300 days a year, is
0 hours / year
Almost three weeks of round-the-clock production — gone, and no spreadsheet ever showed it. Thoda's job is to drag those hours into the light, machine by machine, reason by reason.
Don't take our word for it — download the demo and run it on your own computer. It's the very system that runs a real plant every shift; some features are left on in the demo so you can get a feel.

Your money buys engines — not your data
Most factory software holds your records hostage. Thoda is built the other way around.
Lives in your plant
Installed on your computers, on your local network. The internet can go down; your floor keeps logging.
Reading is never locked
Even if you stop paying, you can always open and read your records — and a daily local backup is yours, on your disk.
Leave with everything
If Thoda isn't for you, you keep your data and walk. That's the deal, in writing, from day one.
Fair questions
Am I locking myself into another system?
No. Your data lives on your machines, in your plant. Reading your records stays open no matter what, a daily local backup lands on your disk, and if you leave you take everything with you.
What does installation look like?
We set it up with you, remotely, on the Windows computers you already have. It runs on your local network — no servers to buy, and the internet is not required for day-to-day use.
Do I need sensors or machine connections?
No. Thoda doesn't wire into your machines. Your operators log production, downtime and scrap in seconds, and the system does the math. That's what makes it affordable — and honest.
What about the years of data in my Excel files?
Thoda has a smart Excel/CSV import: it recognizes your columns by name, understands both 1.500,5-style and 1,500.5-style numbers, and validates dates. Whatever doesn't map automatically, we map together during the pilot — your history comes with you.
How much does it cost?
There's no public price list yet — pilots are priced to plant size in a short conversation, and the first month is free. If we don't believe it will pay for itself in your plant, we'll say so before you spend anything.
What if I try it and don't like it?
The first month is free. If it's not for you, you take your data — records and backups — and walk away. No contract gymnastics.
Who's behind this
I'm Aslan. I've spent 12 years inside manufacturing plants — today I run a 53-person injection facility, and Thoda MES is the system my own floor runs on. Not a call center, not a sales team: you talk straight to me, and your data is yours — if you leave, you take it with you.
